Agiasos
Spend the morning in Agiasos: the Panagia Agiasos pilgrimage church, pottery and wood-carving workshops along the cobbled lanes, and coffee in the shaded square. If time allows, walk part of the route into the chestnut forest toward Mount Olympos.
Mountain village and agricultural valley
Give Agiasos the main part of the day for its lanes, church, craft tradition and forest setting. Descend through the Evergetoulas area with selected village and mill-landscape stops rather than attempting every settlement.
Pacing and verification
Use the route as a framework rather than a target list. Remove a stop when museums, meals, swimming or village walks take longer than expected, and confirm current opening hours, road access and seasonal services before departure.

Evergetoulas Valley
Drive slowly through the Evergetoulas villages, Asomatos, Lampou Myloi and their neighbours, stopping wherever a square or spring looks interesting. There’s no fixed itinerary here; that’s the point of this half.
There’s little in the way of formal dining in the Evergetoulas villages themselves, so plan lunch in Agiasos before or after the valley drive.
