What to See and Do in Apidias Lakkos
The village has a traditional stone square with a community kafeneion, small churches at the bends in the road and olive-grove terraces on the slopes around it. The architecture is honest and unchanged from the 19th century. The olive-grove roads are pleasant for walking in spring and autumn.
How long: 1–2 hours. Best combined with: Gera village, Mesagros, Palaiokipos, Papados (Vrana Olive Press Museum), Perama. Best for: Slow travel, inland village lovers, walking, olive heritage, driving routes.
