Sigri
Sigri is the westernmost seaside village of Lesvos, with an Ottoman fort, a harbour sheltered by offshore islets and direct access to the island’s volcanic and petrified-forest landscape.

Local context
The village is small, but its relationship with geology is exceptional. Allow enough time for the museum and landscape rather than reducing Sigri to a lunch stop on a long drive.
