The sand is fine and the water shelves gently, making it suitable for young children. The beach faces west and catches the afternoon light. Sunbeds and umbrellas available in season from the tavernas and beach operations behind the shore. The offshore islands visible to the northwest give the bay an atmospheric quality at sunset.
