Sykounta is the southernmost of the Evergetoulas area villages — a stone settlement in olive-grove landscape, connected to the other inland communities by rural roads in central-eastern Lesvos.

How long: 1–2 hours. Best combined with: Evergetoulas, Lampou Myloi, Mychou, Kerameia. Best for: Slow travel, inland villages, quiet rural exploration.
