Day 5: Kalloni and Agia Paraskevi
Saltpan birdwatching, sardines at Skala Kallonis, and the olive-oil museum at Agia Paraskevi.
Day 6: Eresos and Sigri
Sappho’s birthplace, the long beach at Skala Eresou, and the Petrified Forest at Sigri.
Day 7: Polichnitos, Vatera, Plomari and Agiasos
Hot springs, a long southern beach, ouzo culture in Plomari and a final mountain evening in Agiasos.
